The Blush Team wants to thank you all for choosing us! To ensure you have a great experience with us we would like to go over our salon policies.



Appointments may be scheduled online, however, we recommend that you schedule your next appointment prior to leaving the salon to ensure you will have your services maintained. We understand that situations arise from time to time that will delay the time of your  appointment, however, we have a 15 minute grace period. Anything after the 15 minute grace period you will be asked to reschedule for a different day.



This part of the process is very important to us. During a consultation we will gather the following information…

  • Hair color history
  • What color and how many times has it been applied?
  • What is your length, density, hair texture?
  • What are your color desires?
  • What is your realistic maintenance level?
  • Are there any lifestyle restrictions?
  • Ex: swimming, lots of outdoor activities ….

As an education focused salon the utmost importance is placed on the healthiest process and results. We use only the highest quality hair coloring/lightening products and tools. We are consistently evolving through high quality independent education and value our work. That being said if at any point a client is not happy with their results we always prefer and want feedback. Communication is key to building trust in a stylist/client relationship and that’s what we’re all about. We want you all to be happy of course but above all we want to make sure the integrity and health of the hair is top priority. And sometimes that means several sessions are  necessary. Please keep in mind we do have a 72 hour client cancellation policy. Anything after 72 hours will result in a cancellation fee. No call, No shows will no longer be able to schedule online and will require a full payment before rescheduling.



As part of the booking process stylists do require a $100 non refundable deposit to secure all premium color services. This fee will be applied to your service upon completion. Refunds will not be given more than one week from the date your service is completed. Should you have any issues with your hair, you should reach out to your stylist as soon as possible.



We love children, but unfortunately cannot accommodate them unless they are receiving a service. Children must not be left unattended anywhere on the salon floor.
Unfortunately if you have a color service and if your child can’t get picked up ,we will have to reschedule for a different day. We want to ensure your child is safe at all times. Our friendly, professional staff will pamper you, and provide you with our luxury services that include today’s most advanced coloring and balayage techniques. Our staff is highly trained and your privacy is assured! The Blush Team is dedicated to providing you with the utmost attention, courtesy, and the highest level of service.
